1. What types of hats do you sell?

We offer a curated collection of high-quality men’s hats, including snapbacks, trucker hats, dad hats, and seasonal limited-edition pieces.

2. Do you offer a subscription box?

Yes! We offer a 3-month subscription where you receive a new hat every month plus one free bonus item in each box.

3. What comes in the subscription box?

Each box includes:

  • 1 premium hat

  • 1 free surprise item (accessories, grooming items, stickers, limited drops, etc.)

  • Special member-only discounts

4. How much is the subscription?

Pricing varies depending on the plan. Contact our team or check our subscription page for the most up-to-date pricing.

5. When will I get my box each month?

Subscription boxes ship on the 10th of every month. The day you receive your box will be determined by the day your order comes in, and the location of where it is being shipped to. 

7. Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime before your next billing date. Your remaining boxes for the 3-month period will still be delivered.

8. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship within the U.S. only, but we’re working on expanding international shipping options soon.

9. What is your return policy?

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. We only offer store credit back with returns.

10. What if my hat arrives damaged? 

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will assist with a replacement or store credit.

11. Do you offer gift options?

Yes! You can purchase a single hat as a gift or gift an entire 3-month subscription.
