Rebel Oak Outfitters Shipping Policy

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience!

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to check delivery status anytime.

Shipping Locations
Currently, Rebel Oak Outfitters ships to:

  • All U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii)

  • PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses (standard shipping only)

We are working on expanding our international shipping options soon!

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Rebel Oak Outfitters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please:

  • Confirm your shipping address was entered correctly.

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • Contact our support team at info@rebeloakoutfitters.com — we’ll do our best to help locate it.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly assist with a replacement or refund.

Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your order includes pre-order or backordered items, your order will ship once all items are available. You’ll receive an update if there are significant delays.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup by appointment only. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification confirming that it is available for pickup.

After receiving this email, we will work with you to schedule a pickup time that is convenient for you.

Please do not arrive for pickup until a confirmed appointment has been scheduled. Pickup details and instructions will be provided in your confirmation email.

Once we schedule your pickup time, if your hat is not picked up in a week, you will be charged shipping fees and the hat will be shipped to you.
